01/Planned Android app

Android App — Coming Soon

Your System. Reimagined for Mobile.

Everything you need, designed for a smarter mobile experience.

Scroll to move through the preview. The phone changes with the story. Surveys and forms on the web are unchanged.

  • A visual preview only — the Android app is not published
  • Open surveys and fill-up forms stay available on the web

02/Dashboard

The campus tools, gathered on one screen.

The preview puts the public system in a phone-sized home: open surveys, official fill-up forms, the ICTO walk-in queue, and a visit day when a form asks for one.

  • Same destinations as the web directories
  • Sample cards — nothing on this screen is live

03/Core feature

Open surveys, without an account.

Office evaluation, first-year, and regular student surveys are types this system already runs, along with any survey an office publishes. People complete them from the public directory.

  • No portal sign-in for a public survey
  • Short steps, then a verification receipt when the survey finishes

04/Fill-up forms

Official forms, kept apart from surveys.

Fill-up forms are a separate directory, grouped by office — ICTO and Quassa. A form can ask for an e-signature. Track record looks up a submission by student ID or reference number.

  • Forms never share the survey list
  • Tracking looks something up. It does not file a new form

05/ICTO queue

A walk-in ticket you can actually see.

Visitors join the ICTO queue from the counter QR code. The phone shows a sample ticket and a waiting state. It is not connected to the live queue display.

  • The ticket on screen is labeled SAMPLE
  • Joining for real still happens on the web queue page

06/Visit schedules

A weekday visit, shown before you book.

Some ICTO fill-up forms ask for a visit schedule. The preview lays out sample weekdays the way that step looks. Choosing a day here does not hold a slot.

  • Booking appears only when the office has it open
  • This screen cannot create or replace a schedule

07/A survey, start to finish

Step 1 of 4

Open the preview.

A typical visit starts at the public list: surveys, fill-up forms, or the ICTO desk. This step is the front door, before any question is answered.

Step 2 of 4

Choose a survey.

Office evaluation is highlighted as the sample. On the live directory, only surveys the office has opened are shown.

Step 3 of 4

Review one question.

Surveys use short prompts — a rating, a choice, a written note. The option on screen is drawn in for the story. It is not stored.

Step 4 of 4

A receipt, shown as a picture.

A finished survey or form can produce a verification receipt for staff. The reference below is marked SAMPLE so it cannot be scanned or checked as a real one.

11/On a phone

Larger type, a thumb-level bar, fewer places to get lost.

The planned Android layout uses a bottom bar for surveys, forms, and the queue, with cards sized for a tap. It is a preview of that convenience — not the website squeezed onto a small screen.

  • Bottom navigation for the main public tasks
  • The same maroon, white, and gold as the site
